We direct mail property brochures to targeted segments of prospective buyers from both within and outside our extensive client list. Our customer network is so strong, however, that we often sell our listings to one of our existing customers before we even get a chance to roll out a marketing program. You’ll also be happy to know that we only take on a handful of choice listings at a time and lavish them with attention until they are sold!
